I will help you improve your property's ability to attract buyers using our Market Action Plan and provide you a list of resources should your house need a little sprucing up before it goes on the market.  Remember, you never get a second chance to make a first impression

I will promote your property to Brokers and Sales Associates in the area through phone calls and email marketing.

Direct Marketing
I will distribute promotional materials on your property to key market areas to attract potential buyers.

Multiple Listing Service
Statistically, promoting your property to other brokers and sales agents is the quickest way to sell - so your home will be presented in the Multiple Listing Service for all prospective buyers and agents to view.  I will also use Direct Marketing Strategies to advertise your property's availability to key market areas.
